Over the past few years I've come to enjoy taking long walks around my neighborhood in West Seattle. I often stop to enjoy this view, watching the sun set over the olympics and the ferrys crossing the sound. Pictures never quite do it justice, so I wanted to paint it the way I remember it.
Located on an island in Denmark, Aeroskobing is the best preserved 18th century town in the country. Famous for its elaborately decorated doors, cobblestone streets and colorful beach huts, Aeroskobing is often referred to as the "fairytale town".
